Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix Your preferred brand
  • vegetable oil As per brownie mix instructions
  • coconut milk Canned, for added creaminess
  • 1 egg Large

Lactation Boosters

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats Optional: Blend for a finer texture
  • 2 tbsp brewer’s yeast Supports lactation
  • 1 tbsp collagen peptides For added protein
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed Rich in healthy fats

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances chocolate flavor
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips For extra melty goodness

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (or follow the instructions on your brownie mix box). Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Optional: If you prefer a smoother texture, pulse the oats in a food processor before using.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, coconut milk, and egg. Stir until well combined.
  • Add the oats, brewer’s yeast, collagen peptides, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

These brownies are perfect for nursing moms but delicious for everyone! Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
