Equipment

  • Mixing Bowls
  • Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer
  • 9x9-inch Dish

Ingredients

Whipped Cream Base

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Creamy Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles divided

Assembly

  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup milk for dipping

Instructions

  • Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in condensed milk until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in 1 cup of rainbow sprinkles.
  • Quickly dip each Oreo into milk (don’t soak them) and arrange in a 9x9-inch dish.
  • Spread a layer of cream mixture over the Oreos. Continue alternating cookies and cream until ingredients are used up, finishing with cream on top.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles over the top layer.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best for the flavors to fully develop.

Notes

For clean slices, run your knife under hot water before cutting. If you forget to soften your cream cheese ahead of time, microwave it in 15-second bursts until softened but not melted.
