Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Cheese & Toppings

  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese cubed
  • 4 oz pepper jack cheese cubed
  • 3 oz salami sliced
  • 1/2 cup small pickles sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Cube cheddar and pepper jack cheese into bite-sized pieces. Slice salami and pickles.
  • Place cheese, salami, and pickles in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve with toothpicks.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate overnight. Serve with crackers or on a charcuterie board for a perfect party snack.
