Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Filling

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce

Topping

  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 3-4 inch circle.
  • Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center, add 2 slices of pepperoni, and top with shredded mozzarella.
  • Fold the dough edges over the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush it over each pizza bomb.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the butter topping. You can also swap mozzarella for cheddar or provolone for a different cheesy twist!
