  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 1 ⅔ cups granulated sugar
  • cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 4-5 minutes.

  • Pour mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and let cool at room temperature for 2 hours (or refrigerate for 1 hour).
  • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For a different twist, swap walnuts for pecans, add crushed peppermint candies, or use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
